The easiest ways to get support is to make a support ticket here on the portal or to send me an email. Chances are I'll convert your email into a support ticket though. You can also try to reach me on skype (my skype name is grabjacket). You can ask me stuff in English, Dutch or German.

I'm based in The Netherlands and tend to work during the week and not in the weekends. I work during office hours, in my case between 9 and 17 hours. Sounds a bit boring and I'm not available 24/7 but it keeps me sane and gets you better software in the end.
